What brands of products do you use?
I believe in using the highest quality products available on the market. I have found that OPI, CND Shellac and Gelish are the brands that offer the best results. Every product used in my studio is OSHA approved.
Do you offer any amenities during appointments?
Of course. I provide coffee, hot tea and bottled water. For clients with a sweet tooth, I have chocolate, too!
What cleaning/sanitization processes do you follow?
I use a hospital grade disinfectant called OPI Spa Complete. This product is used on all surfaces and metal implements. All towels are bleached in between clients, and the table and floors are cleaned after each appointment. The entire chair of the pedi throne is thoroughly disinfected, while the pedi basin is scrubbed with antibacterial soap and soaked in OPI Spa Complete after each client. I go above and beyond what is required by the state of Colorado.
Do you use LED lamps or UV lamps?
To cure the Shellac, I use an LED lamp. Some clients are concerned that UV light can put them at risk for cancer. While these theories have shown to be false, I want all clients to feel comfortable in my studio. This is why I choose LED lamps and only use products that are OSHA certified.
Do I have to make a spa appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
Please make a reservation ahead of time, as I do not accept walk-ins. Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you and ensures that you receive my full attention. You can schedule an appointment at a time that is convenient for you at 303-517-4599.
What happens if I am late to my appointment?
Each appointment is designed to give you a complete spa experience. In order to receive this experience, it is best that you arrive on time. I am unable to extend your service time, which means that we will have to squeeze what we can into your appointment. If you miss your appointment, you are still obligated to pay half.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I understand that things come up and you may not be able to make it to your appointment. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, let me know 48 hours in advance. Not only does this avoid a half-price charge, but also it ensures availability for another appointment of your choice.
I have a gift certificate. What can it be used for?
Gift certificates are redeemable for all services and products. I am happy to help you choose something that fits your needs. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash and check only.
Can I use my cell phone during the appointment?
I love to see my clients enjoy a peaceful, non-distracting spa experience, and this is hard to do with phone calls in the background. I encourage you to leave your phone - and your worries! - at the door.
Can I bring my children along for my appointment?
Children are wonderful, but please do not bring them with you unless they are receiving services at the spa and are accompanied by an adult. Again, I want you to enjoy a truly relaxing experience with no distractions.
